“Suthainn" means 'everlasting' in Gaelic, a name that captures the essence of the solera where each batch of Suthainn includes a portion of the previous one. Our makers mature the whisky in two different types of casks: American oak casks bringing notes of vanilla and toffee, and Oloroso sherry casks imparting spice and richness.
