A Blanc de Noirs Champagne produced exclusively from Pinot Noir sourced from multiple Premier Cru parcels in Ecueil and Sacy. Fermented in 500L oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and aged on its lees, it offers ripe red fruit, freshness, and an elegant, lingering finish.
