This exceptional single malt is bottled by Signatory Vintage, an independent bottler renowned for its uncompromising quality and meticulous cask selection. Every bottling in the Symington’s Choice range is personally selected by Andrew Symington, the founder of Signatory Vintage, and reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship.

This single malt was initially matured in traditional oak casks before undergoing a careful finish in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry hogshead. This secondary maturation allows the whisky to develop additional depth, intense sweetness and complex aromas typical of sherry cask maturation. The 16-year maturation, combined with the finish in PX hogsheads, gives the Auchroisk a distinctive profile full of fruitiness, spice and subtle woody notes.

With a robust alcohol content of 57.9% vol., the whisky is bottled at natural cask strength. It is neither chill-filtered nor coloured, ensuring that its natural range of flavours is fully preserved. The elegant presentation in a classic tin box emphasises the premium character of this limited edition and makes it particularly appealing to collectors and discerning connoisseurs.
