The latest Yamazakura expression, Yamazakura Peated is a blend of grain and peated malt. Matured in Bourbon and sherry casks for at least 3 years, peat rate reaches 50ppm. Such peat gives subtle and gourmet notes with light smoke, vanilla and citrus aromas.
